Rob Dalton is the Cofounder and President of 88 Acres, a mission-driven seed-based healthy foods company. After building a dedicated allergen-friendly bakery in the inner-city of Boston, Rob launched 88 Acres with his wife Nicole in 2015. Rob is deathly allergic to nuts, was the first student to go through his school district with a nut allergy, and many of the core tenets of the brand today are an extension of that experience. Prior to launching 88 Acres, Rob spent a decade in technology. He received his MBA from Babson College, and his BS from Northeastern. He lives in Boston with his wife Nicole and their son Emmett.
